Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.
During high-volume periods (new launches, holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

- International: 6-12 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Delays
